One district account. Every SLP, every building.
Stop re-installing SALT on every laptop. ConductSpeech runs in the browser, shares caseloads across your whole SLP team, and bills per seat — so your special-ed director only pays for the people actually on staff.

Built for the way SLP teams actually work
Most LSA tools were designed for one clinician on one machine. ConductSpeech was built for a district from day one.
One district, one account
Spin up a district org, invite every SLP by email, and they share the same caseload database. No more re-installing SALT on every laptop in every building.
Per-seat pricing that scales
$19 per user per month. Pay only for the SLPs you actually have on staff — not a flat licence per machine, not a yearly site bundle you have to negotiate.
Admin dashboard built for special-ed directors
See seats used, analyses run per SLP, clients managed across the district, and which buildings are hitting their tier limits — all on one screen.
Role-based access
Two roles out of the box: admin (manages members and seats) and member (runs analyses). Every action is scoped to the org so SLPs never see students from another district.
Admin dashboard, not a spreadsheet
Special-ed directors get one screen that answers the questions they actually care about: who is on the team, how much are they using, and what does the renewal look like.
- Add or remove SLPs by email — no IT ticket required
- See which SLPs ran analyses this week
- Track total clients managed across the district
- Monitor monthly usage against your seat allowance
- Promote a member to admin (or demote) in one click
- Export the member roster as CSV for your district records
Three steps from purchase to first analysis
Create the district org
Sign up with your district email and name your organization. You become the first admin.
Invite your SLPs
Add members by email. They get a magic link, sign in, and immediately see the shared caseload.
Run your first analysis
Upload an audio file or record live in the browser. Metrics, normative comparison, and a draft report in under five minutes.
District questions, answered
How does this compare to SALT Software for a district?
SALT is a desktop application. To run it across a 25-SLP district you have to install it on 25 machines, manage 25 separate caseload files, and physically copy data when an SLP changes buildings. ConductSpeech is browser-based — every SLP signs in to one shared district account from any computer.
What does $19/user/month actually cover?
Every member gets the full Clinician feature set: AI transcription, all language sample metrics (MLU, TTR, NDW, PGU, DSS, IPSyn-lite), narrative scoring, IEP goal generation, and shared client tracking inside the org.
Is ConductSpeech FERPA-compliant?
We are building toward a BAA-ready posture and follow standard data handling practices for educational records (encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit trails). We do not currently make a FERPA-certified claim — if your district requires a signed compliance attestation, contact us so we can walk through your specific requirements.
Can different schools in the same district have separate caseloads?
Yes. Members can tag clients by building, and admins can filter the dashboard by SLP. If you need hard isolation between buildings (separate orgs that roll up to a parent), reach out and we will scope it.
What happens if an SLP leaves the district?
An admin removes the member, the seat is reclaimed, and any clients they managed stay in the org caseload — nothing is lost when staff turns over.
Ready to switch your district off desktop software?
Spin up a district org in two minutes. No credit card required to start, and you only pay once your team is actually using it.
